This wasn't simply a website refresh. We built a digital experience that supported merchandise sales while developing the creative direction and marketing campaign that introduced Frequency's live show with confidence.
Awareness wasn't the problem. With more than 430k followers, the challenge was turning an engaged audience into paying attendees. Interest was high, but ticket sales depended on getting people to take the next step.

This wasn't just a plain website refresh, I designed and developed a high-converting digital experience that unified High Frequency's brand, merchandise, and live event ecosystem into one cohesive platform. I created a modern, immersive website that showcases the brand's mission while making it easy for visitors to discover events, shop products, and engage with the community.
The Campaign strategy centered on maximizing every touchpoint in the customer journey. I enhanced each video with motion graphic CTAs, developed the campaign's visual direction, wrote the Eventbrite copy, and launched the campaign through Meta Ads Manager. Every creative and optimization decision was made to capture attention, re-engage warm audiences, and drive ticket sales

The result was more than a website redesign and ad campaign. Frequency gained a stronger digital foundation for its brand, a more effective merchandising experience, and a strategic launch campaign that re-engaged its audience and turned social engagement into ticket sales for its second live show.
The project delivered more than individual assets—it established a cohesive brand ecosystem. With a stronger website, a more effective merchandise experience, and a strategic launch campaign, Frequency is now positioned to grow its community, expand future live events, and build lasting momentum beyond a single launch.
